Refund Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not completely happy with your
purchase, here's how we handle returns and refunds.
Unopened Products
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 10 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the
return, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within
5–7 business days.
Opened Products
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept used items.
However, if you're unsatisfied with your results, please reach out — we
want to make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of
delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, no return
necessary.

return, and we'll guide you through the process.
